Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time : All orders are processed within 2 Days.

All orders are processed from Monday-Saturday ( Sunday closed). And customers are notified via email once their order is dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipment method : Bluedart

Estimated delivery time : 3-6 Days

Shipment cost : 60 Rs/Order

*Shipping may be affected depending on Pin code serviceability.

Green Tea (INDIA) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Green Tea (INDIA) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We don’t accept returns after delivery. we will refund the full order if the order is cancelled before Dispatch. Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
